To maintain our service standards, we have established a strict appointment cancellation policy that must be followed. With a high demand for appointments, early cancellations are essential to efficiently accommodate all clients and maximize appointment availability. When booking your appointment, a non-negotiable 25% deposit is required, which will be credited toward your treatment cost. Please be aware that deposits are non-refundable. Each appointment is assigned a specific time slot, and punctuality is crucial. Any rescheduling or cancellations must be made with a minimum 24-hour notice. Failure to comply will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment time will incur a 100% cancellation fee. In case of illness, we will make every effort to reschedule your appointment promptly. If rescheduling is not possible, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Additionally, late arrivals are not accepted. Being more than 15 minutes late will be cancelled and charged the full fee of the service.
