To maintain the quality of our services and provide fair appointment availability for all clients, Glo Lab Luxury Spray Tanning has a strict appointment policy. A non-refundable 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service. By submitting your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to all appointment and cancellation policies outlined below. A minimum of 4 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations and appointment changes. Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. The 25% deposit will be retained and the remaining balance of the cancellation fee will be charged to the payment method on file, where applicable. If you are feeling unwell, please contact Glo Lab as soon as possible. Cancellations due to illness are still subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy. We will always do our best to accommodate a future appointment when possible. Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price and will no longer be eligible to book appointments online. Future appointments may only be accepted at Glo Lab’s discretion. Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, so punctuality is important. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment and will be cancelled and charged 100% of the scheduled service price. By booking an appointment with Glo Lab Luxury Spray Tanning, you acknowledge and agree to the required 25% non-refundable deposit and all cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, and late arrival policies outlined above.
